Readmission

Students who have been on leave for longer than two years or who have outstanding degree requirements spanning longer than two years in a department of the Mailman School who wish to return to complete their studies must apply for readmission to Mailman School. This can be accomplished by submitting
- an online application for readmission,
- one letter of recommendation,
- a current résumé or CV, and
- a personal statement describing why the leave was necessary and what current circumstances assure completion of their degree program.
Deadline dates
Fall - July 15th
Spring - October 15th
The student’s academic record and readmissions material will be reviewed the student’s department, and the Mailman School Admissions Committee. An interview may be required. Reinstatement may require that the student take new courses and meet updated academic requirements.
